  • Routing: Shipments originating from all over the world, temporarily imported to São Paulo, Brazil for MASP Exhibition
  • Freight: Air freight, customs clearance
  • Challenge: Critical timeframe to be accomplished, artwork “Portrait of Lucian Freud” leaving from London on March 18th morning to Luxemburg Airport in a dedicated fine arts truck, flew from LUX to VCP Airport in Brazil on March 19th , arriving on March 20th at 05:10am, Customs cleared was finished at 06:30am and delivered at MASP at 10:30am after a local trip of 120 Km in between. After its arrival crate must stay in a 24 hours quarantine for acclimatization for final installation for the Preview on March 21st starting at 08pm.

  • Routing: Barcelona Port/Spain to Port of Rio Grande/Brazil
  • Challenge: Oceanfreight market was suffering with container shortage, port omissions and vessels overbooked, causing arrival delays at POD and critical timeframe for Customs Clearance and delivery.  Althought the arrival date at POD was just 03 working days before the absolutely last delivery date our team successfuly cleared and delivered the exhibition on time just before the Independency Day in September 2022.
