Waiver was founded by Luiz Braga and Marcello Romão in 1989. Since it’s origination in Rio De Janeiro, Waiver pursued its core charter of “no matter where, we deliver” by expanding across Latin America to become the premier South American specialty logistics partner with connections to countries around the world.
